In A Rush originated from the belief that fast food truly can be both delicious and healthful... Our concept was born in a small, bustling cafe in one of Melbourne’s most iconic laneways, run by George Paraskevopoulos, Ali Aziz and their team.
Initially offering only a small but distinctive selection of tasty dine-in dishes, the menu quickly became popular for its Middle Eastern & Mediterranean flavours in the form of gratifying, wholesome meals.
As demand grew, George saw an opportunity to explore his belief that fast food can be delicious and healthful. He sought to produce lovely, nutritious meals for people on-the-go – with a multicultural edge.
After travelling the world in search of new and inspirational food experiences, George developed an eclectic and exciting menu which would provide for a wide variety of tastes and dietary requirements. In A Rush is now a thriving family of stores, bringing delicious and healthful ‘grab-and-go’ & dine in food and the highest quality coffee to the public from locations across the city.
